Hi ,
Can anyone please give me some info on the Ms Carousel ? It is now owned by Airtours but it used to be called the Nordic Prince.
I will be going on the Carousel this winter , visiting Mexico and the caribbean . I have been on 2 amazing cruises before but this is my husbands first. I want to know what cruising on the Carousel was like , I have only heard negative things so far . Did anyone enjoy themselves on this cruise ? Please help !!!!

It is really excellent value. It isn't the QE2, but it is a very pleasant atmosphere. The passengers tend to unpretentious and friendly as are the crew. I really liked it, as site regulars will know, and it really depends on your expectations. Enjoy!

When are you going coz I am going to Mexico and Caribbean December 25th - January 11th!!

Cannot wait - heard good reviews from mostly English people as a good value for money ship! - speak to Paddy - he has some valuable information.

If you are American and used to "Gin Palces" you may be dissapointed. If you like value for money and use the ship as a floating hotel, you will enjoy. I have been on over 20 cruises, and like you had resrvations about this one due to adverse reports on this site, but it was very enjoyable and would go with Airtours again.
