Just caught wind of some cheap cruises (Shock, horror, surprise!!) on the Norway which even *I* may go on. It costs me more to stay home for a week!!

Insides starting at $364 per person

Outsides starting at $599.00 per person

Suites starting at $799.00 per person

At this rate NCL will be paying passengers to sail on her for the 2 and five nighters.

Tim...have you ever looked at www.traveltrade.com/cruisetrade/perdiem.shtml they do an annual survey of the average pd.s for the main companies. The value comes from seeing the trends over the years vis-a-vis the different ships. NCL has been consistanly low but this year they were the only one where the pd.s went down - by an astonishing $58 across the fleet. The Norway at $110 is almost the lowest there is anywhere..I think they need Star more than most people realise....peter

Timber, I know I'm a bit behind on this posting. Hope you still get it and can respond. Very interested in where you got your information from on the Norway discounts. I've asked NCL and my travel agent and they are saying they no nothing about it. I'm scheduled to cruise the end of June and if I can provide information to them (the travel agent) they said they would follow up. Thanks for any information you can provide.

When the Norway starts her two night itiniaries, there will be NO excuses not to sail on her, if you live within reach of her home port!

Just like your Mom and Dad, love her while she is still there!
