Has any one been on this 7-day, four country cruise out of Athens? It was supposed to have it's first sailing on June 24, and want to see how it went.

We had clients on the Wonders of Three Continents cruise/tour recently that came back raving about everything. Have four more booked for Sep and hope to sell it when it is in the Carib for winter also.

Just got back from the 3 continent tour. July 29 sailing which was the 6th for the ship. Wonderful itinerary. Amazing sites (Pyramids/Jerusulem). Very busy trip. Ship has some issues. Feel free to e-mail me at lesavoy@mediaone.net with any specific questions.

rlesavoy, what did you mean about "issues" with the ship? Were there any problems? My husband and I are booked on the Nov. 4 sailing and really looking forward to all the ports. However, my travel agent tried to steer us away from a Greek line, he said there would be smoking all over the place, plus I am concerned about only 140 square foot cabin. We have "oceanview" but it still seems pretty small.

We really did enjoy the cruise! I would rate the food as a little dissapointing. More smoking than typical in public areas (europeans!). No smoking in the dining rooms. The cabins are really nice and not too small. Very limited number of patio rooms. We were on level 3. I thought the engines were very noisy compared to other ships I have been on. The public areas are very nice. Small pool. No deck which wraps around the ship (walking-excercise). Fastastic itinerary, excellent tours. Most people took this cruise for the itinerary. Unique "Non American" Cruise experience. Not the best food and not quite the public spaces of a larger ship. Would welcome any additional questions.

In response to ship, haven't been on it, but sailed on the Stella Solaris in March. Had a great time. Food, service, cabin, was excellent. Itinerary Mayan Ruins was out of this world. I traveled with my mother age 65, a very experienced cruiser. She has booked on the Stella again for an Athens Cruise in Nov. with another women she met on trip. I hadn't read alot good about the line so I was a little worried, but I was so glad I went. Best cruise for me yet. Only my 3rd, but excellent.
