The picture belonged to a question of a german newspaper..
They asked for a ship with 2 red strips at the funnel and the name of the ship is ...icBut not the Titanic !!The ship made an accident at the 14. of a month...it`s not sure if the ship sunk or not. the headline of the question is:SOS at #241The name of the man on the pic is Tony...he called her "a great ship".
Any ideas for the ship ?
I didn't know there were so many ships ending in IC.

I think it must be the Maxim Gorki (ex Hanseatic)....is anybody able to link #241 with the accident in June 1989...perhaps it`s the cruisenumber...
