The service was excellent across the board. The food varied from good to very good (but not excellent.) However the Horizon Court buffet was truly mediocre. I would suggest eating all of your meals in one of the dining rooms. Also, if you like Mexican food the Painted Desert is very good, especially for lunch - no surcharge and no problem getting a table. We did not try Sabatini's - why pay $15 bucks extra?
I will say the wine list is very fairly priced. The selection is not broad and leans to $20-30 per bottle. But at the top end they have a few very good bottles for a very fair price, e.g. Chateau Talbot for $66 - at most restaurants it would be over $100.
The shows were good, but not Broadway calibre by any means.
Most importantly, the overall service was excellent.
