Where is the PATRIOT ex-NIEUW AMSTERDAM now ?

I never knew she was to become THOMSON SPIRIT in 2003. They had this rendering of her in THOMSON colors at
http://www.maritimematters.com/patriot.html

She kinda looks good in a white hull, i think anyway...

I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I think she looks ugly and those markings on her stack, which look like a Happy Face, make it all the worse. She was a beautiful ship when HAL owned her with her white hull and navy blue bottom - she looks like what a cruise should look like. I loved sailing on her at the Nieuw A.

Isn't she going to be registered at Limassol? I though that the policy of Louis was to register all their ships at Limassol, Cyprus...at least that is what they have been doing till now.

Ooops, sorry Keitaro - had a "senior's moment". Should have said white with a Blue Hull. Actually the original HAL ships were all white, I believe.
