I heard that she would arrive on the 16 or 18 and it would deliver the 12.So I'm not sure about what date she arrives but I know it must be before the 19?That's what I heard not too long ago.

Blue Funnel (Southampton Ferries) are sending the fleet out to welcome QM2 on her maiden arrival in Southampton on Tuesday 16 December, leaving Ocean Village at 10.30 and returning at approx. 1.30, and then escorting her out on her maiden voyage on 12 January 2004 leaving 3.30 returning 6.30. The prices are £15 and £25 respectively.

Apparently the tickets are going like hot cakes but that if the demand justified it they'd try to charter extra tonnage for the day.

If any Brits are interested, I'd recommend calling them sooner rather than later on 023 8022 3278.

This site says the QM2 will arrive at 13.00 on 19/12/2003 in Southampton , but it 's not confirmed yet.

The prices for the Blue Funnel Zodiac for 7 passengers are £75 per hour , £400 per day (08.00-17.00) and £275 per evening (19.00-23.00)

Hotels in Southampton , the Star Hotel , also well known with Titanic passengers in 1912 in £65 per room per night with full english breakfast

Anyone interested ??

sorry , here's the site
web page

So that would be £100 per person for 1 night in Southampton and 1 day on the water to see QM2 come in if 7 people would come along.
