If you had no choice what ship would you choose to go to the bottom on? I would choose the Pacific Princess, only because she is good looking and everybody has heard of her, they would not know the difference that it is not the original. Is it even possiable that a modern cruise ship could sink with anybody still on board? What about the Captain?

Hmm... if I had a choice of ship, that I would have no choice of going to the bottom on, then I would choose one I would never choose to cruise or sail on, then I would never come up against having no choice but to go to the bottom

I don't know about this , but to reply to your question "Is it even possible that a modern cruise ship could sink with anybody still on board?" I say :

YES it is always possible , if the ships hits a rogue wave the wrong way it will sink with every single person still onboard.

As long as humans sail ships, there's always a chance to go to the bottom. Statistics show that 80% of the ship accidents are related to human mistakes.

I can't imagine a Captain who stays on the Bridge to go down with his ship, like in the movie Titanic.. he should do all efforts possible to evacuate all passengers, as it is his full responsibility.

I'd prefer to choose "who I sink with", not "what I sink in".

For instance, if I'm going to die in a sinking ship I'd like to have the engineers that designed it sitting next to me.

I 'd prefer to go down like a hero , risk my life to save the girl I love and then go down with the ship standing next to the captain and crew , and after some thinking I 'd choose QE2 , hope it doesn't happen quick as I 'm sailing on her end of October.
