Pacific Venus nor Nippon Maru will come to Vancouver neither. Every year for as long as I can remember at least one of these two ships visits Vancouver once in the summer.
Of course Crystal Harmony is gone as well.
And with more ships based in Seattle as well, I think that passenger numbers out of Vancouver will decline again this year.
However, with most sailings already virtually sold out from Vancouver this year (and the Alaska season hasn't even started yet) I think that within a year or two cruise lines will start adding ships to Vancouver again.

Nippon Maru visits Victoria(not Vancouver) on June 26th/27th en-route from San Francisco to Ketchikan.
Pacific Venus calls Vancouver on June 29th/30th 2007 en-route from San Francisco to Juneau.
Asuka II also calls Vancouver on June 25th 2007 en-route from San Francisco to Juneau.

I was aware that the Asuka II (formerly the Crystal Harmony) will be here in 2007, as will the Norwegian Pearl (based in Seattle but with a courtesy call in Vancouver in May) and the return of the Amsterdam. I've also heard a rumour that the Golden Princess will do Alaska sailings in 2007.
Cruise Lines always features different itineraries and introduces new ports so i understnd that Victoria is famous destinaions for us as well as Vancouver.
P.S. I belive you are aware of Topaz in Vancouver.
