Hire one of the genesis blocks, studio B "Ice Rink" block is ready for outfitting.
Studio B is located on G decks 3 and 4, freedom and voyager class it was on decks 2 and 3.
G block is the last one on the pic, you can see the steps (steel rows). Smaller blocks before it belongs to Color Suprespeed, you can see how wide G really is!

Many thanks, it's a quite interesting picture ! Do the decks featured on this block include the mysterious Genesis boat deck and its no less mysterious lifeboats arrangement ?

Excellent AKer builder, a photo for the 'archives', thanks. The differences in size of the 2 vessels and similarities in style are interesting, also the fact that these blocks for different ships are built in line with one another and then shifted to join up with the right bits elsewhere. Almost as if several 'Meccano' kits are under construction at the same time; let's hope the instruction leaflets are correct and the right matches made

All photos greatly appreciated.

Pam

Usually when people are walking along the piers and see a cruise ship, they'll sya thats hugggggeeeee. I think in my head, hmm that ships only around 90,000 Grt, actually about mid sized now compared to the 150,000 Grt ships, now as Genesis is built at 220,000 Grt, thats more than twice the size of average ship!!!

Actually, even the smallest cruise ships like the Sea Dream yachts are comparably large structures - for many people this is already a very, very large ship.
