Last night, the same company's ZENITH arrived for bunkers before sailing at midday today, also for Santos, on her maiden Brazilian season.
Brazilian operator CVC is marketing Pullmantur's PACIFIC, SKY WONDER and ZENITH, as well as Iberocruceros GRAND VOYAGER and MISTRAL.
Pics of both SKY WONDER and ZENITH have been placed in the Gibraltar Port website's Photo Library at:

Pullmantur has yet to sell a transatlantic cruise - it has always repositioned its ships in both directions without passengers. Perhaps it has conducted market surveys which indicate Spaniards do not like sea-days!!?
Thankfully, the frontier 'problems' are a thing of the past! Coincidentally, Spanish-based Vision Cruises started calling at Gibraltar yesterday with ARION, on the final leg of her first weekly Atlantic Islands cruise from Malaga. Unfortunately, it was after dark when she arrived, but as yet, she is still in Classic International colours.
Cammell Laird also does a roaring trade with Spain's recently privatised Acciona ferries - only last night, the hi-speed ferry MILENIUM TRES came out of drydock prior to taking up a Malaga-Melilla service. I've temporarily placed on the Gib Port website, a (not very good) pic of her backing out of No 3 Drydock for you to see.
Cheers
