How foolish, one should always wait for a still night to climb between balconies.

Not at all. Whatever her personal circumstances were and/or state of mind, she was alone at the time doing something extremely dangerous.

Rumors also has it that it shows the woman just falling overboard and NOT climbing the balconies.
I am no FoxNews fan, far from it but out of curiosity I will check it out. It may just be an advertising ploy. FoxNews is well known for that.
The only thing what bothers me in that story is that first he said they were 'fooling around' and she fell overboard and then he wasn't even near her (in friends cabin next door). And if nobody was around who contacted NCL?

How can you just fall off a cruise ship unless you about 10 foot tall and the railing only reaches your knees? (Unless you are climbing or sitting on a railing).

Exactly Malcom. This shot was taken on our November cruise on NCL's Jewel. Now I'm not terribly tall at 5'6" but you get an idea of just how hard it would be to accidentaly fall

Reminds of a case here in L.A. several years ago. A couple were on a balcony of a hotel having some 'fun' and the woman fell apparently 'fell' over the railing landing 100 feet below.

I think a guy fell off a Carnival ship a while ago in a similar situation and not wearing trousers!
