Yes, I think the ship will have a lot of white and beige, but that is the style. I think some areas will be accented with a splash of color.
Look at QV, that ship is mostly brown but the interiors still come off as quite nice. Not a whole lot of color there either. Overall to me at least, the decor on SOLSTICE looks to be about the most sophisticated I have seen in quite some time .... and we have only seen a small, unfinished portion of the ship. Ernie

They are definitely using the "tray" approach for the grass. This is becoming more popular in football stadiums today. The trays are set into a framework that allows them to drain quickly in the event of rain and the trays can be replaced as needed. Usually that means there are reserve trays that are growing grass somewhere else. I wonder where they will keep these. Maybe some of the grass area will be off-limits to passengers. Still doesn't look like a lot of public deck space for almost 3000 passengers. Joe at Travelpage.com [ 09-29-2008: Message edited by: joe at travelpage ]

I agree Joe. For me I think the concerns with SOLSTICE are going to be: 1. Not enough sun-exposed deck space 2. Not enough elevators/stairs 3. No open Promenade Deck Otherwise, I think she looks pretty amazing and I have yet to find the perfect ship. Ernie

Wonderful aerials of her and the Lawn Club. I still give it 1-year tops and it'll be gone. Too much wasted deck space up there. quote: Originally posted by shipsnorway: A whole series of thumbnail pictures can be found on this photo agency link:Celebrity Solstice Ems conveyance and interior photos Make sure to click "next" on the bottom of the page to view them all, including the interiors in their current state. Perhaps. Another good reason to sail on her now so you can experience the ship as originally designed. Ernie
