Too bad the forward and top decks are not teak anymore. They used to be on the earlier Destiny Class newbuilds. I'm not sure I like the blue decking choice. Reminds me of NCL. I would rather Carnival use a rubber deck that resembles teak rather than just blue rubber.

Aside from the blue rubber, I saw no real teak aboard the Splendor, although I have to say it was a very good immitation. It seemed too perfect to be real and never got "stained" when wet (around central pool).
