Thanks for the pictures Andreas, Equinox looks as beautiful as her sister. I'm glad they fixed the funnel logo, but it's still only one funnel.

Equinox looks best from above. Worst from side view or bow shot.

When I see the ship without the two diminuative funnels, it makes me realize how much better it could have looked like with a more prominent single funnel.

I don't mean to sound negative but the Solstice class isn't really good looking. I like the stern and some of the interiors, but to me she looks very boxy. But that's just my opinion.

Equinox is certainly an interesting ship but it's not true that Carnival has not built any interesting ships at all. QM2 got quite some attention when she was new and the recent Aida ships but also the Seabourn ships presently under construction would come to my mind.

I for one love the way the Solstice class looks. I am not a big fan of her looks from behind but I think they look great from infront above and from the side.

I know others don't but I personally really love the bow section of the ship. I think it looks powerful and strong almost like a air craft carrier just more attractive.

I forgot to mention that Equinox seems more complete then Solstice did when she was taken out.
