You show the blue cabin doors from, I think, the lower deck. Each deck has different coloured doors. Main deck has rather shocking 'shocking pink' doors unless you are well forward in the cheap cabins (where we were) when the doors revert to white!
Your other photo is of the forward area of the promenade deck, just below the bridge. Most evenings we were late for dinner because we were standing up there for hours watching the fabulous sunsets as we sailed westwards out to sea, away from Ireland. It was rather poignant to take photos of the bow of Saga Rose, sailing off into the sunset.
She is indeed a wonderful ship. We did however prefer the Ruby. I was surprised to find that the woodwork on Ruby was even nicer than Rose. Ruby has a warmer mid tone colour of wood & the panelling is more complex, as opposed to the darker & more simple panels in the Rose. Both ships are beautiful though.
I can now classify myself as an experienced 'Saganaut'!! Thanks for jogging those memories.
