Serenity Cruises has nothing on their website apart from a clip of "The first private yacht open to the world".
Plans for cruising out of St Nazaire with a converted AEGEAN GLORY were first released back in February last year, with a poll for local opinion. There is a better presentation than that above, on YouTube with the director, Kevin Izorce, showing past photos.
The company was created on 4 August. AEGEAN GLORY ex MYKHNAI is a Greek day cruiser built in Perama in 1971/2, who has now been laid up for a couple of years at Salamis. Here's a photo I took last summer, sandwiched between Martha & Menhir.
A lovely ship but not sure about suitability for cruising out of St Nazaire. A dry docking was booked for the end of August; it was cancelled and rescheduled for Mid Sept; it was cancelled and rescheduled..... it happened 7 times... but finally she made it into dry dock this week. As it has been stated that work will be done over winter by 'local companies only', perhaps she may sail for St Nazaire after inspection.
Mer et Marine posted an article at the end of September. She has no overnight accommodation, so "The objective of Serenity Cruises is to offer sailings per day, for example to Belle-Ile, or coastal navigation. In this context, not sleeping passengers on board, but in hotels during stopovers." Something different with nights ashore.
