from what I understand, they are not vying for the North American market and are focusing on Portugal, France and Sweden. I imagine you'd have to book directly through Portuscale in Lisbon. Or perhaps try the Cruise People Ltd in Toronto - they, or their London office might be able to facilitate a booking.
