Inspired by the nice topic 'What was your 1st Cruise' let's ask the question: What was your last cruise?

My last one was aboard Delta Queen.

A week ago today I was aboard Oostedam enroute from San Diego to Victoria, having sailed on April 21. I must also say, that in 36 cruises it was aboard this sailing that I had my best meal afloat, probably the best food in general, and also the best buffet selections too. On the downside, the entertainment should have been "left ashore"!!

My last cruise was also on the OOSTERDAM just about two months ago. Food and service were good but it was possibly the most boring cruise I have ever sailed.

Next up is VOYAGER OF THE SEAS a week from today out of Barcelona. Shortly after that will be sister ship EXPLORER OF THE SEAS on June 8 from New York (Cape Liberty) down to the Caribbean and Bermuda. I can assure you these two cruises will be anything but boring!

Mine was about 8 months ago on Vision of the Seas for a 7 night Alaska cruise, up coming....hopefully I will be on Monarch OTS in Mexico.

...jealous of Eroller, MEd on Voyager sounds soooo fun.

Hey Ernst, have you been on the Delta King? She is Delta Queen's sister ship both use to sail up and down the Sacramento River, Delta King is now a hotel in Sacramento.

My last cruise was Jun 2006 aborard the River Royale in the south of France sailing from Arles north to Lyon. A truly wonderful cruise and destination!

My last OCEAN cruise was Oct 2005 aborad the Voyager of the Seas to Bermuda. Whiole a great cruise experience - definitely not the right ship to see Bermuda aboard.

My last cruise was on the Noordam IV sailing to the Caribbean from NY. She is a beautiful ship and I do like sailing out of NY as it's only a little over an hours flight from Toronto.

Is everything ok? You worry me by saying you are never going to cruise again. Things can't be that bad??? Sometimes I get TC's with the groups I book, would you be open to using one of them sometime?

Last cruise; QM2 NYC-Caribbean a couple of years ago. Last crossing, a proper Manhattan departure on QM2 last year. We booked a port-side cabin specifically to enjoy the classic sailing past the Manhattan skyline.

Queen Mary 2 in February. See article here:

Sunday Mirror article

Next stop will be a complete contrast, on a ship a fraction the size. We fly to Athens in two days' time to board Spirit of Adventure for a cruise to Troy and the Black Sea.

Last one was a two-day jolly from Southampton to Guernsey in LIBERTY OF THE SEAS, and before that a run up the Suex Canal in SPIRIT OF ADVENTURE. On Thursday I'm off to Greece for (THOMSON) CALYPSO.

Reviews of Calypso are favourable, especially the itin, one comment says - "Normally we sail Celebrity and this was our 1st Thomson Cruise but it won't be our last".

My last cruise was Costa Classica in Dec; I have to save the pennies between them; QE2 in Sept.

Last cruise was october '06, Norwegian Jewel, from Istanbul to Barcelona. Was never been in Izmir, Dubrovnik and Venice. Last two are now on the "list to go back there sometimes". Next cruise....well, must say..after doing a 29-days-overland-tour through Indonesia in May 2006 and going for China within 10 days for 3 weeks, the interest for cruising is degrease a bit.

My last cruise was in November 2006 on the Carnival Valor. It was the only ship that I could get aboard unless I was willing to pay top $$$ Everything was booked solid with HAL and Princess (my preferences). The ship was very different to say the least! Strangely laid out and very odd decoration. It was like Las Vegas afloat. Overall, it was ok but at the end of the week I hardly felt like I was on a cruise. I doubt I will repeat Carnival anytime soon. But if the price was right and I had some time to kill...What the heck!

My last cruise was in July, 2006 on the Norwegian Spirit leaving from New York. I loved the days at sea and sailing past the Statue of Liberty. NCL's Spirit is an interesting ship, water cannons and all. We visited the Caribbean and our last stop was Bermuda. I've enjoyed all my cruises and this one was no exception.
