Also, IE6 is generally better than IE8, which has all sorts of unexpected quirks and which stalls and crashes more often. But one irritating thing is the number of websites which now completely refuse to deliver to IE6, despite the fact that this is still the standard browser in most corporate installations, including business centres and the like for people on the move.
