Iam 56, my husband is 60 and we have been on 24 cruises (started cruising in the mid-70's). Have cruised on Princess, RCI, Celebrity, NCL, Carnival, HAL, Disney, Premier and a couple not around anymore. Favorite line is Princess, but can't say I ever had a bad cruise until our cruise on the Voyager of the Seas in Jan.

My wife and I are 49 (she claims I'm mentally only 16 ),cruised 10 times, on HAL, NCL,RCCL,Celebrity and Princess. I feel I qualify in the "old foggy" and middle-age group, cause I enjoy rock and roll, classical, and even some heavy metal(yea,I know, but I don't play it loud!)music. I'll grow-up soon, I hope!

regards

Bob

42 years old and 25 cruises,
Princess, Carnival, Royal Carib., Norwegian.
I am signed up for my first Holland America Cruise 04-13-01 (22 day panama canal) on the Zaandam. All I do is work and save for the next cruise. It is the only vacation I can think of where you can have a great time going on your own because there are so many great people on the ships!

I am immortal, so age does not matter very much.
I do vaguely remember in the 1940"s being carried into air raid shelters during the middle of the night when some fiendish europeans tried to ruin my day.
Canadian now, I made the first cruise in 1978.
I have done about 20 plus cruises as finances allow. I now cruise less since I dont like the newbuilds and their ambience, or lack of it

STILL YOUNG AT HEART after 72 cruises...62 on HAL -- started in 1956 with my first cruise to Europe on the old Maasdam -- looking forward now to 3-months of the 2001 World Cruise on the Rotterdam VI in January! Still love cruising and the people I meet -- for a woman you can't beat it for vacation.

Hey topgun....welcome to the "Immortal Group"!
Even our memories appear to be the same....those air-raid shelters were the pits(actually),weren't they? And SO noisy with all that racket outside!!!!!

Seriously,though,I started cruising in 1994.
Done 13 as of now with another in August, making it 14 and then a Christmas/New Year cruise this year.Grand total of 15.

I was originally from Coventry,England(hence my use of the air-raid shelters!)and am now a Canadian, having lived in this wonderful country since 1965.

34 yrs and 6 cruises. Somewhat an expert on "Short Cruises to Bahamas of the 1980's" but have also been on the Norway. What I lack in first hand experience, I've made up for in research and armchair travel.

I gave my age further up, so you would know that I remember those Air Raid shelters well. I was born in Gravesend right opposite Tilbury, those noisy people used to use the River Thames on a moonlit night to find London. I now also live in Canada and have since 1975.

I'll join the 'shelter rememberers'

We lived just outside of Glasgow - Clydebank shipyards were much too close for comfort - the booms were pretty loud and the earth shook - hot cocoa helped!

I am 73 and if you count travelling in the forward hold of a couple of troopships I've done about 17 cruises starting luxury trips with Royal Viking in '87, Bergen Line, Regency, Orient Line, Executive Explorer, Royal Olympic, RCL, HAL, MV Erik in the Galapagos and a container ship. Next trip is on Clipper, then a Danube and Rhine cruise and after that Costa.
