Jeff: Here's one Canadian who has heard of Pullmantur. My wife and I visited Spain last October booked through Sunquest. Pullmantur provided the bus tour. We were the only English speakers on the tour, but the guides were great and we made new friends among the Argentinians, Brazilians, Mexicans, Costa Ricans and Cuban Americans on board. Don't know anything about their cruise division though.
