My advice is "Go for it"! New ships are built to the highest safety standards. Although NCL have no excuses regarding the SS Norway, it does tend to be older ships that fail the various tests.

Their biggest problems generally are people-related. Hopefully, in the current market decline, they will understand that they need to improve customer service.
