My NCL Latitudes card arrived today!

I applied for it is September 2001, so it has only taken eight months! Plus, they spelt my name wrongly and printed it onto the card. I dare not send it back!

I feel that this is a reflection on NCL's level of organization in general!

Hello,

Good God, NCL really are disorganized!

I cruised NCL in the 'No Cash Left' days when we were afraid they might go bankrupt, but at least they could muster up some decent organizational skills!

Have you got adverts in the mail before the card came ?

NCL used to send out a very nice little Latitudes newsletter, which has been reduced to a really, really tiny thing by Star, and is now supplemented by lots of little mailer-flyers about whatever sale they were having at the moment...

NCL, first No Cash Left, now Nobody Cares Less !

That said, I would sail NCL if I got a cheap price. But given the choice I would take any of the other lines I've been on so far first, if price difference was not so huge.

Happy Cruising,
Cruiseny

Nope! Nothing!

I have E-mailed them a number of times since Sept. Each time the reply said that there was a 'bit of a backlog', but your card will arrive shortly!

What an understatement!

If I had wanted to book another NCL cruise, I would have done it by now. The card arrived far too late. Mind you, I was not planning to cruise again with NCL anyway!

We sailed with them in February and received ours today and did not have to apply, they seem well organized to me.

We sailed last June, requested our cards in Aug 2001, mine showed up last week, my husband's never did and when I called they said his was not requested until May 2002? I do like NCL and we are sailing on them again Sunday 6/9.

If you got no adverts or anything, then I'd say it was probably a legitimate mistake.

Hmmm... I guess Norwegian Dream isn't an NCL ship ...
