With wine, well that happens at restaurants on land, too. I'm thinking about the bottles of rum that a line purchases in bulk for about $4.00 each; each bottle then makes about 25 rum drinks costing $6.95 each!
No doubt, bar and casino revenue are the cash cows for cruise lines!
