I don’t understand why it’s decaying, how hard can it be preserving such a small ship.If I had the chance I would buy it and turn it into a permanent home plus studio.

Such conversion project would be a labor of love, just like some people by an old car or house and restore it in their own time. If I had such a ship laying abandoned for years in my hometown I would definitely squat it with a couple of my mates.
