Its QM2 w/a QE2 style Funnel pushed farther forward. Nice looking but she could not enter NY harbor unless the stack is telescopic.

Well, it's a little more than just moving the funnel! The fore deck is longer as are the aft decks, the uppermost deck is gone, therefore allowing the funnel to be taller (she'd be able to enter the NY harbor, the total weight being the same as QM2's), the painting has more sleek lines, the superstructure shorter, etc.

Needless to say, teak decks, not Victorias's plastic...

I dont really like the way QM2 looks with a taller funnel. I love the one she has already, though its seems most people think its to stubby.

I would love to see the whole Queen Elizabeth project put on hold and for them to design a completely new Liner around the size of QE2 or maybe slightly larger with a totaly new, beautiful, unique and classic looking design, something worthy of having the name Queen Elizabeth. though I am sure it will be a nice ship, I dont think a Vista should have the name Queen Elizabeth, it should be something like Caronia or Mauretania.
