I have not cruised with kids, but from reading different boards, Royal Carribean or Carnival would be fine.

I suggest you to try Costa Cruises:the company offers excellent rates for teens particularly for the Mediterranean ruises of the Costa Riviera,a ship with many facilities for the younger passengers. If yor teens love Internet try the Costa Victoria and The new Costa Atlantica:both ships offer ezcellent 7 days long cruises in the Caribbean sea.On the ship there are many dicated activities(if your teens love fitness and disco onboard they find the Paradise) and at each port of call there is always a lot to do(shopping, beaches underwather tours). Also Festival/First European Cruises is good for teens but only the new Mistral and European Vision(the remaining ships are too small and don't offer dicated facilities).

We travelled last year with 9 teenagers(13-21)on the Destiny. There were lots of kids and activities. Ours liked the pools and sunbathing during the day and the unlimited pizza and the Disco until midnight. The unlimited Soda card for $18.00 was a good deal as they had some freedom and got their moneys worth. We are going Costa this year so can report back after March 19th. Hope this helps.

For heavy partying Carnival. Next choices would be RCL and Princess. I suggest you go with the larger ships - Carnival Triumph, Voyager of the Seas, Explorer of the Seas or Grand Princess.
Probably most important is when you go. If you go while school is in session there will be far fewer teens. If you go during spring break there will be lots.
Finally where you go is important. A lot more kids on a 7 day cruise in the Caribbean than on a 16 day cruise in the Med or in Alaska.
